Everybody is fully aware that summer is the hottest season of the year, especially those that have to be outside a lot. If you work in an office building, however, you’d never know this. as it’s not an uncommon sight to see employees wearing sweaters at their desks. Due to the outdoor heat, most offices seem determined to make the working space as cold as possible for the comfort of their employees. Sometimes, though, it can get so cold that some employees begin to complain of thermal stress. While employee comfort is important, there are times when cold office temperatures are brought about by something else entirely.
